I keep finding myself liking the honeycomb style wheels. Like the BBS style:
(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/bbs-usa-appguide.com-12773-1589105666.1.jpg)
But they are hard to find, especially in a 4-lug 130mm pattern.

I know Enkei at sometime did the '92
(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/enkei.com-12773-1589105666.2.jpg)

But I can't seem to find anyone who's selling them, preferably new.

But I'm open to different wheels with the same style too. Again preferebly new.

Super common on older BMWs but you would have to redrill 5x120, or VW Rabbit/GTI.

But there is a downside, I have a 7x15 5x130 BBS and it weights 5 lbs more than a Cookie.

Yes they are a nightmare. When it takes as long, or longer than washing the car, I say no bueno. But then there are those who don’t mind, so gopher it.

back in the early 80s when they were wildly popular we used to sell the enkei wheels by the hundreds. NOW seems like no one likes the look. the real popular thing to do was to have the gold wheels on a black or dark blue car. (we called the blue and gold combination the cub scout cars. We still have several different odd honeycomb wheels back in the shed
