Cleaning up the transfer case and came across this hairline crack through the bolt boss. Weld job?Attached ImageAttached Image

I would replace it. There are plenty of transmissions out there, and welding magnesium is chancy.

At least its not cracked at the bearing journal bores like 911s do...
Run it... That bolt is under compression load, locates nothing...
