I need the left side more than the right but the area is too complicated to do in one nice piece.

I need the left side more than the right but the area is too complicated to do in one nice piece. Took me three to four pieces of metal to recreate the master cylinder area of the front firewall with enough metal to tie into RD floor pans. Not an easy project to do. At the time RD did not stamp this section that I was aware of. |

Did this area on my project.
Donor sheetmetal is you best choice. That area is not currently available in reproduction. Could be hammered out from scratch but the results won't be as good as donor metal and the time suck will be enormous to do it from scratch. If Montreal914 has metal for you - purchase it. I got mine from a few years ago. Shipping a whole lower cowl (right and left side) across the country wasn't cheap. More than paid for itself if time and labor saved though. Attached image(s) |
