So I'm finally getting around to installing the MSd in the teener and pre-wire it and test fire it. Everything runs great! So down comes the wiring so I can make a nice clean harness for it all. Hmm suddenly no start. Call the wife out for assistance so I can tinker under the engine lid while she turns the key. Hmm how come I dont hear any fuel squirting? Whats this red lead hanging here? Why can't I hear the fuel pump?
Dooooh. After all my soldering and pretty harness making I forgot to include a lead to solder the fuel pump to. Damn it now I'm going to have pull my pretty harness and re-make it. I hate it when I have to do something over.... Mike D. |
