I need to install my dash and also my windshield. Is there any big advantage to installing one first? I have the windshield to dash seal from 914 rubber, they say it can go in after dash and windshield are in. Any thoughts or advice?
Thanks Nate |

Dash first would be my suggestion. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

I agree. Easy to get the dash in and adjusted. I did the windshield as the very last thing in my build.

If you're installing new vinyl and foam pad on top of the dash you'd better do that before the windshield. Mark's dash to windshield gasket fits easily after the windshield is installed but check that metal rim it clamps to for straightness and bends before you install the windshield.
