I saw this in a for sale ad, and was wondering if this was really an all metal pedal, and where I could get one.

Consider club members parts first: Engmans pedals

I read Engman's petal link, but does he make petals with a metal hinge too (mine's broken and I'd rather fix it with a non-stock metal hinged petal)

I use the AjUSA pedal, it has a metal hinge and bolts up just like a stock pedal. Do a search on this BBS for it, you might need a modded (bored out) attachment point so the throttle ball fits in the new pedal cup.
