I'm considering taking my 74 and turning it into a GT style 6
I've seen some flares that look really good and others that don't. Maybe it was just the pictures but who makes a nice looking, quality set?

There is just factory and AutoAtlanta. In some ways AA is better.

Sometimes fiberglass flares are molded in, so maybe that's what you are seeing as substandard.

Well there are actually 3 manufacturers

Porsche

auto Atlanta whom most everyone uses and George sells to most vendors

Dansk whom is relatively new.

Odds are you see Auto Atlanta units in pictures

This was posted by @carr914 in the sandbox and is just a really clean, nice looking setup.

Are these Auto Atlanta? Or is it hard to tell from the pic.
I appreciate the responses as I contemplate this journey.

Ok so I going to just make this statement. I have installed about 20 sets of flares now . 1 set of original and the rest were AAs. You can’t tell the difference once they are finished

I was leaning towards Georges stuff and that clinched it.

@mb911

I just love it when you post stuff like that.

Target Down!

I won't look anywhere else when I get to that point.

I'll also PM you about installation at that time.
I know, you'll be too busy. I'll try begging...
or blackmail...

Your welding pics are to die for.

Past medical, more like aerospace!
