Any way to get a Koni Sport strut incert for these bilestiens off a 1977 911 I have?

short answer: no.

you could cut off the top threaded portion and have the threaded portion from your spare set of Koni or Boge struts welded on...

Bilsteins were sold as an upgrade; you shouldn't have too much trouble selling the Bilstein struts to someone who wants them so you can get the Boge struts you need instead...
