Does anyone make these or is there a source for them?

Or is there a trick for pressing one out so I can install the bar?

Most of the regular suppliers have them. Do not buy Hamburg Technique. They are hard asa rock. I find tbe split in the bushing and use a small diameter punch to start to drive out the bushing atvthe split. Heat helps. Use a torch on thr metal un til the rubber smokes

Heat. I would look into Elephant Poly units as a replacement.
