Wire Routing, From the brake master Options

I am trying to find where the opening is in the cabin from where the cable from the brake cylinder goes. Underneath, by the steering rack, at the grommet, it goes into the cabin. I can't find it from the cabin side. I fed a guide wire through from underneath, it feels like it hits something. From the cabin side it looks like a metal channel is where that hole should be.
PO sprayed glue and put carpet over everything so I can't see what is going on.
How do I get into that channel to run some wires?

It comes from the harness in the front trunk, beneath the fuel tank. It goes from the MC through a grommet above the steering rack and then branches into the front part of the chassis wiring harness. There’s no wires that pass through a lower channel into the cabin.

Bummer, so what could be a route from the fuse panel area to the MC area? I need to get power and ground to the fuel pump, it is under the steering rack.

You can sneak a wire through the grommet where the harness goes into the front trunk. It’s tedious but it can be done. Dish soap helps. You can tuck it under the wire bundle to hide it, and route it under the tank to the pump. I would sleeve it with heavy duty heat shrink or black pvc wiring tubing. Make sure the wire isn’t pinched or rubbing anywhere. Scratch off some paint and ground it to the body in a discrete location near the pump

I started fishing a heavy gauge wire around the tank last night. Following the brake hoses down under the tank. Tedious, still not a perfect route found, but it is there to find. I keep getting hung up on something, took a sanity break.
I know why not many have done this route before. It would be easier if I pulled the tank. I AM NOT PULLING THE TANK!
I just need these two wires routed and I am done. Famous last words.

Is this really what you want to do? Pull power from the fuse panel for the FP? Not advised, for safety reasons.

Pulling the tank is easy as long as it is empty.
