A co-worker inherited a miata and the battery is Kaput. Does anyone know of any batteries besides a OEM mazda battery that will fit without mods?

Do a google search for 'miata battery' and you'll find lots of them. Your friend can't cheap out though and buy a $40 battery from the FLAPS.

The Westco battery fits and works great.
I used it to replace the OEM battery in my wifes miata. The only mod necessary is to the vent tubing which is no big deal to do. For more info on this and other miata things check out the miata.net page and forums: Miata.net it has a wealth of information. --- bill |
