Hello,
Is there a separate part number for the gasket of the 2.0 oil cap (circled in diagram below)? I see from the parts diagram that 2 gaskets for the 1.8/L-Jet cap are listed (2B:022-115-315, 2C:022-315-331), but the gasket for other variants appears to be only available with the cap. I ordered an oil cap gasket from 914 Rubber because is has the correct part shown in the diagram on their website (for non-LJet), even though the part number is listed as 022-115-315 (2B) - thinking it must also work for the 2.0 cap. Unfortunately, I received the gasket and it is much too small for the 2.0 cap. I called 914 Rubber and they said they don't have the 2.0 gasket (and will correct the diagram). Surprisingly, I can't seem to find a gasket for the 2.0 oil cap (or I'm really bad at searching). Is the only option to purchase a new cap, which hopefully will come with a gasket? Thanks for any suggested sources. I thought this would be an easy item to purchase (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) ![]() |
