One of my son's has gotten into 3D printing.

I'd like for him to print new speaker grills for my 914 as both of mine are damaged.

Anyone know of a 3D print template for the grills? Or a CAD drawing of them?

TIA,

GN

Given that repros are available for about $200 for a pair and the size and complexity of the parts, I'm not sure it would be worth it to try and 3D print them...

A grille (or program) that used a more standard sized (6 x 9, 6 x 8, 6.5") speaker would be awesome.

914Rubber offers vacuum-formed housings that can fit a 6.5" speaker. Personally I really did not like them, neither for the form nor the finish - but that's just my own personal taste.

In the end I found that a pair of decent 4"x6" speakers in the factory housings combined with a subwoofer located somewhere (mine is hidden in the center console) to be an excellent solution and looks completely stock.
