1973 914 1.7 non running project Options

I have a project 914 that sadly I will not be able to complete. I bought it from a neighbor who had it sitting since 1983. It has not ran or been registered since.
Although the milage was only 59,000 the engine has seized. I wasn’t expecting to have to rebuild the engine and I just don’t think I have it in me to pull it out. I have been soaking the cylinders with no luck.
It is a 1973 with a 1.7 and was fuel injected. I no longer have the injectors or fuel pump, they both were bad.
It will need everything gone through / restored. It is a huge project. Everything is old and grimy. Expect the worst.
There is hell hole where the battery was.
I have no paper work.
If you are interested after all that great news I would like $1,700 for it
I don’t think this is a great show car restoration candidate. I was planing on a doing a ratty Hotrod cruiser. Possibly an engine swap
It has new 205 tires and new Tokico front shocks
Good Rear glass and side glass
Rockers are solid and in great shape
Needs a windshield and dash
Driver seat is ripped, passenger seat is good.
All the wiring seem to be intact

Car is located in Ojai 1 hour North of LA.
Bring a Trailer but not a Trust fund (it’s cheap haha)
