Need some advise on rusted screws that hold the headlights in. They will not come out with a screw driver. I'm afraid I will strip or break the head. I have doused them with PB Blaster. Whats the best way to remove these? Obviously one is complete toast from PO.

Went through this myself not long ago.

You could try hitting them with a small propane or butane torch if you can control the flame.

Otherwise I'd grab them with vice grips to break them free. Even if it's the threaded side for a secure grip. Replace the screws.

Last resort cut them off with a Dremel.

A bit of heat from an torch and then touch a piece of paraffin to the hot metal. Unlike oils that evaporate, paraffin will wick into the threads when hot. Works well most of the time.

Not sure if we have, although I'm in Lawrenceburg now but I do go to Georgetown from time to time.

I will give that a try to see if that will help break them loose.

Ive found the best way is to use a small set of vise grip to bite the sides.
The screws are junk anyway so go to town , all you have to do is loosen them
