Now that I replaced the fronts with new Koni adjustables, I need to replace the rears as well. The car currently has orange Koni 82K-1722 Heavy Duty adjustable (probably original) with orange springs. Should I get these rebuilt or order new Koni 8341-1050 Sport shocks (This is the recommended match by Koni NA).

Your car would have come with Boge (black) stock or Bilsteins (green) optional, KBY (why) if you had to get shocks replaced or Koni (orange) adjustable gas aftermarket.
Since you already installed the Konis up front the options are limited for me as I would stick with the Konis. I had that setup maybe 30+ years but a while ago I got a set of the Bilsteins (yellow) aftermarket, had them on the car 3 years maybe and I like the way my car is handling. No guesswork about the adjustment (I only set the Konis in the middle and left it there). Anti roll bars front and rear, LSD diff and Verdstein VR tires. I’m running a 914/6 suspension and brakes with vented rotors front and rear.

Once you add in shipping, it’s cheaper to buy new than rebuild. Much faster too. You usually want to rebuild if you want to keep the dates on the shock body or do a custom setup. Koni can add external knobs, etc.
