Was going to post this in the prior thread but most of seems to have disappeared.
Anyway: 1. Got the old incorrect hose dyed and inserted through the grommet, so it looks ok. But… 2. Looking under the gas cap, the line is crimped, see pic, so no vapor flow (tried…). Question: is this normal? Part of a recall notice done ages ago by dealer or by a mechanic somewhere along the time path? I’m sure I didn’t do it. |
