I have been chasing an excess fuel delivery condition for quite a while and may have found my problem. I hope. Bad wire from cylinder head temp connector and ECU.
I have changed oil twice now because of all of the gas that has gotten into the cylinders and the oil sump. Before I do this again, is there something I should do to clean up the gas residue that remains? Do any of these two make sense? Remove spark plugs and put a little oil in the cylinders and turn engine over by hand to recoat the walls with good clean oil? Do nothing and just leave it all open for a few days to air out on its own? Any other suggestions are appreciated. Thanks. EJP914 |
