What have you found or fabricated to tighten the 13 ATF hex nut on 914-6 heat exchanger passenger side? I think that's cylinder number 1.
I'm sure this is probably mechanics 101, but I'm having a hard time with it. I've tried every combination of 1/4 socket, u-joint, wobble extender, flex driver I can find. No room for a box or open end wrench as 2 sides are blocked by bracket and pipe. Nothing I've tried provides enough engagement to properly tighten it.  |

Hi Dennis, Yeah there is a special wrench that is bent kind of like a Z that allows you to get in there and tighten that nut with ease. Good luck, Michael (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

SSI included either a 12mm or 13mm z shaped wrench with their replacement exchangers. Maybe ask around. I have used 12mm across the flats nuts and seems to make it easier.
