It is for a 4 cylinder type 4. I have been thinking about a dry sump for Howard and he is moving along now. Soon I will be in the engine, so now is the time to see if it is possible to get what I would need.
I saw a used FUBAR 914-6 oil tank for 1000.00, with my budget that is not possible. Or anywhere near it. But with a set of plans I could make a tank without the filter console just a tank with fittings for oil lines and a filler neck. Thanks |

Buy one of Ben’s - MB911 Thanks Mark, I would love too, but 700 plus just doesn't fit my budget. If I can not get plans I will try to do some cardboard engineering. Or the engine will stay wet. Or reach out to me and see if I might be willing to sell it in kit form? I have a few not built up and a few that are 75% done that I can sell much cheaper. Let’s talk about your budget. I want to move on from these. I will not be making anymore once they are gone |
