Did the dealer just modify the center console when A/C was installed, or were there actual factory consoles that were designed for cars with A/C? Anyone know?

I didn't think AC was a factory option... meaning a 914 with AC was modified????

yep, dealer only, choice of 2 different companies...not sure how the mods to the console was done and by whom??? |

The dealer cut the console down & installed a short gauge plate. This is a bad copy of the page from the DPD install manual.
