Ok, Here are the scans from practical classics (brit mag) that talk about service intervals in the Alfa Giulia. I am looking for suggestions from you guys for something similar for 914s.

Not all of that info is in the owners manual as much of it it longer-term wear. Plus, you assume that I have an owners manual.
