I haven't posted in a while, and I know how much y'all like pictures, good or bad. So, my uncle is trying to teach me how to weld. It's slow going, because my hand doesn't move very smoothly. Most of the pictures are where I started, and he cleaned it up. Yes, the holes in the weatherstrip channel are mine. I have discovered, though, that I like plasma cutters! We have a long way to go, but it's getting there. Anyway, here's what I have so far. Say what you will.

Weld, grind, weld, grind, weld, grind, bondo, sand, prime, paint.
So what's the problem? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/confused24.gif) You're doing fine. Remember it is your car. You are the one that detemines how good it needs to be and when you're done. We have all been there before. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) |
