I am looking for the best V8 conversion I can find. Who makes it? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)

I think the factory did the BEST conversion! Used a badass 908 motor!

Renegade has the most thorough V8 conversion kit. They have actually spent time to continue development.. where the other guy's who sell kits still sell the same crap they "invented" back in 1970.

Best advice: pay the big money for the radiator (1100$ or so) and "cheap out" on the engine if you have to. Building a 5k dollar 450-500 hp SBC and installing a cheap ass "Camaro" radiator is insane. Something Renegade has done.. partner with Ron Davis racing radiators to come up with a solution that WORKS. Novel concept.

Good luck and welcome to the BBS. Several very good V8 conversion guru's here.. (me for one)
