Hey gang, Hows it going? Long time since the last post. My dad is diggin on the car.

Had a question though. When we were searching around we found POR 15 and some other rust product that folks used widely. What was the other product?

Thanks gang...

por15 just encapsulates the rust. Eastwood makes a product that does that too.

Metal ready (from POR 15 ) converts the rust, as does Ospho.
There are others that I'm sure other people will add to the list...

years ago i found a product in hemmings motor news. worked extremely well and much more durable than por or others. it is called miracle paint sold by bill hirsch. i found that most of the others rust stabalizers would lift after a while. i used miracle paint on a car once and never had a bubble form under the paint or any lifting/flaking. one word of caution. never get miracle paint on your skin, it will not come of for few weeks (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)
