So I'm taking the 74 parts (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sawzall-smiley.gif) car passenger door handle off today and a "C" shaped rubber gasket falls off when I get the handle unscrewed.
Both the 70 and 72 cars didn't have this gasket (or Base as it's called in the parts list P#914 531 601 10)

Was it a period piece added on the later cars or were the PO's just dumbasses for not puting a piece worth $1 back on the cars?

Just make one out of some rubber gasket material. You can bearly see it when it is in place and you cant can the small square one at all.

I have a few if you need them. But I plan on putting them on eBay for $300...... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
