I got Federal P195/60HR15 from a local Just Tires store a couple months ago. I got the tires for $40 a piece. After balancing, stems, tax and disposal of old tires I was out the door for $250. They fit fine with my ATS rims(although it is close under rear fenders)and I actually like them for the money. Guy told me Federal is owned by BF Goodrich. Don't know if he was BSing but I really needed cheap tires at the time so I chose to happily believe it. So far so good.
