What grease should be used on the following:
Poly Bronze bushings Wheel bearings front and back (they get packed right?) Torsion bars I'm sure I'm doing other things that need some lubrication...can't think at the moment. I have a tube of Swepco Moly. Good for anything? Thanks. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/chowtime.gif) |

I used Mobil 1 synthetic for the front and rear bearings... Swepco moly should be okay
Not sure about the Poly Bronze... aren't they self-lubricating? |

No, I don't think the PB's are self lubing. They have the zircs for lubing.

Front wheel bearing...standard wheel bearing grease is all that is needed. |

Yeah... I was thinking of what I did for the roller bearings in the rear.
If you use the Weltmeister polygraphite bushings, then you use whale snot. Swepco, synthetic, marine grease, generic wheel grease... they all work fine for the front. |

My personal preference is the boat trailer wheel bearing grease for ANY suspension related item.
It is designed for "water" Duh! It is designed for hot/cold shock (trailer from freeway into lake) Every autoparts store carry's it. B |
