Yes you can. But for the cost and buying the pistons, you may as well buy a set and trade yours in.

Make sure, if you go this route, to buy OME cylinders that were board ie. go to Jakes Shop. Because the materials used in aftermarked cylinders(even new Mahles) are not as good as what was used in the OME cylinders. Expansion rates and what not (IMG:style_emoticons/default/screwy.gif)
