Last thing to get out of the car before stripping, any sudjestions on how to get it

out without damaging it.

Pull. I never have a problem with them....All of mine pretty much just fall out. I havn't ever broken one...but they are pretty fragile. If it is really stuck, I would just take a screwdriver and pry slowly around the edges until you can pop it out.....OR, if you do crack it or break it get someone to give you another one... I have like three.
