I'm not really a mechanic.

But I did manage to find my brake switch and reattach the wire that had come loose. Now I have brake lights again! And I learned the hard way that the firewall/board thingie/whatever it's called (manual's in the car and I can't remember but you all know what I'm talking about) comes off & goes on a whole hell of a lot easier if you just remove the rubber covers from your clutch & brake pedals. D'OH.

Also, breasts? The kind you gentlemen display such a fondness for around here? They're a serious liability when a girl's trying to access her pedal cluster. I don't know whose bright idea it was to put the e-brake lever on the left side of the driver's seat, but I'd like to have a stern word with him. OUCH.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

All things considered, it was a simple fix. Thanks for steering me in the right direction.

It's my contention that the ebarake is better where it is, instead of in between the seats.

I have a hard enough time trying to straddle the shifter...

Uhm...I don't understand? Were you in the passenger seat and had to reach past the driver to reach it (thus her chest was in the way)?

I was thinking about installing some breasts in my car. What year and model donor should I look for?

Geexz...whatta ya blonde....?

If I were a blonde, I would have just jiggled said breasts in some poor schlub's face until he did the work for me for free.

But I'm a redhead, so I did it myself.

While wearing my pajamas.

Well, it's a lot sexier in theory than it is in practice.

But it sounds good, so I threw it out there.
