Truly incredible. Two identical 914s on the same day, same track. Go figure.

Elliott, thanks for the pics of a really fun day. Glad you
and T H O M A S made it out. Next time bring your helmet and join the fun. Herb Meeder got down to the 58's and I made one run in the 60's. Pretty good times me thinks for a 1.1 mile track. The only thing that would have made this day better would have been more teeners. Next event is Dec 10th at El Toro once again. Get your entry in ASAP as these events fill up quickly. www.pcaocr.org click on autocross information and then click on registration. Steve #131 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thumb3d.gif) |

No Jim, that was I in the car in that pic.
Bruce did drive the car though until he twisted his knee while working a corner chasing cones. The car performed well, several passes in the 63's. We will have stickier tires on for the next event. Cooling fan worked loose in timed sessions and ended the grey cars day. Steve |

When's the last time you saw someone race a Corvair? Looks like a Yenko Corvair. I would take one of those (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |
