I cut the pins off the back of the badge, ground smooth, and per the boards advice used some 3m tape to slap it on. Ferg |

Looks good. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap56.gif) I have the same plan, but I am going to (gasp) drill a hole in my bumper (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) It doesn't matter since my bumper has been cut for the trailer hitch.
