I'm in the bay area visiting my gf's family. We are planning to head back down to Simi Valley tomorrow (Friday) sometime late morning or early afternoon. My truck still has some space available. If you need something transported, please call me on my cell phone so we can arrange something. (818) 825-1150.

Good work Carlos! It's awesome for you to suggest this and try to help out a fellow 914 member. I don't need anything transported unless you want to punch my boss in the face(just kidding though I actually like my boss), come grab me down here, and take me to Sacramento so I can hang out with my family. Carlos is a good guy. We had an awesome time chatting. Have a safe trip!

Carlos,

I am not sure where in the Bay area you might be, but I am looking for some help in getting front end suspension and brake parts from Dr. Roger moved down south. I would have to make a round trip run from San Diego area to you in Simi Valley, but at least the parts would be closer to me than where they are currently.

I will give you a call to see if this makes any sense. Many thanks for the offer in any regards.

Cheers,

Jeff

People helping people.

Carlos just left my house and would not take any money for his trouble. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap56.gif)

Top notch man, and I look forward to paying it forward to someone else soon. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Hoss, it looks like your front suspension is on it's way. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mueba.gif)

Dr. Roger,

Many thanks for the update and coordinating with Carlos. I will let you know when I have all the goodies on this end.

A sincere and huge thank you to Carlos for his offer and safe transportation from NorCal to SoCal. I am looking forward to meeting you and thanking you in person in Simi Valley. Safe travels!

Sure enough, the suspension is on my truck, and we're getting ready to load up everything else around it. Jeff, we should be home some time this evening and welcome you to join us any time to pick it up!!!

Lookin' forward to meeting you!

Thank you, sir! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif)

I hope the traffic treats you kindly on your trek back home, and I will give you a call to set up a mutually convenient time to get it out of your way.

Really looking forward to meeting you as well. Safe travels.

Cheers,

Jeff

Hey Roger,

The front suspension is loaded and on its way to Sandy Egg Go. Jeff picked it up about an hour ago.

Happy New Year!!!

Carlos

P.S. That is one HECK of a nice beast you've got.

Happy New Year and a big Thank You!!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drunk.gif)

Had a chance to meet Mr. Carlos while picking up Dr. Roger's front end.

Carlos is one of the best "Pay it forward" guys/gals in the 914world.com. I have not had a chance to unload the parts and check it all out since I had to support my Chargers yesterday. Not much teener work will get done today, but I had to sign in and post a big thank you for all your help as a fellow 914 owner.

Many thanks, and here is to 2007!

Cheers,

Jeff
