Can the flywheel endplay be adjusted and measured between the backside of the fan hub and the snout of the engine case....where front seel is? This would be done with feeler gauges.

I suppose it can be measured from there. But not adjusted, as adjustment is done with shims at the flywheel end.

Yes... I am aware of the flywheel shims. Has anyone else measured from here?? Would it give an accurate reading from here?

The end play is how much the drive shaft can actually move along its axis. Technically, it can be measured on either end if you can get good access to do so.

Tough to measure with both oil seals in place.

Only my front oil seal is in place. And it is slightly inset from being flush from the case, so only metal is exposed on that face.
