Will any of the 911 engine tin work for a 914-6 conversion? Also, can 911 headers be flipped or otherwise made to work for a 914-6 application?

No on the tin.
On the 911 headers, they will fit but you will MAY have issues. They make so many different configurations that you MAY not be able to drop valve covers or you may hit the suspension, they WILL be too short to bolt up a muffler without extensions. Best to get the right tin and exhaust for the right purpose. Do it right and do it without cutting corners. A six conversion is not cheap. |

Thanks for the reply. The reason I asked is because I am looking at an engine and the seller is including the tin and the exhaust system. I just wanted to confirm it was of no use in this application so I could suggest the seller keep it and sell it and adjust the sales price accordingly.
