this one is not a factory built GT, but it's a well known and sucessful race car, at least here in Europe
the really interesting part should be the engine, it's a 2 Liter Carrera 6

the asking price is EUR 74,000 - that's currently about US$ 108,000
this includes 2 trannsmissions, both with cooler and LSD
one with gear ratio for "standard race tracks" and one for the Nürburgring
there's also a 100 liter tank, but a modern style

Certainly the Singer car was not registered at that time. Perhaps the very first one might have been.

All except the first few had a body #. 0033 had body # 8 and was built Nov 1969. I don't know the VIN of the Singer GT, but I'm very sure is is not that early.
