I feel like I have excessive blow by now that my car is up and running. Granted I have no more than 20 soft miles on it... I seem to remember after the cam break in people saying to go flog the car. Is that still the right thing to do or is there a "drive it slow" break-in period?

But keep varying the speed, don't just get it up to to 4 or 5K and hold it. Accellerate, decellerate, accellerate, etc., puts different pressure on the rings, not letting them get into a groove... [ha ha, get it?] In other words go find a twisty road and have fun.

That's a great article. I just drove it in to work after lunch and did lots of 2nd and 3rd gear full throttle (not too high of an rpm due to speed limitations) and engine breaking.

Fun! Way faster than I thought it would be...
