Mine was cracked into three pieces, so I glued them back together with cyanoacrylate (superglue), and sanded it down smooth, filled the scratches, and will paint it black. The paint won't be as durable as the factory raw finish, but I don't plan on putting anything on the dash, so nothing should ever tough it.
