Way cool!!
I find this a major point; "The Original California Title Showed The Year As A 1958 With The ID# 718002RA " This leads me to believe that they managed to register it as a "58". For those that don't know, here in California, each year there are a limited amount of registrations given out to replicas stating that their "date" is the year of the car they replicate. They are not considered "2008, special construction" (if registered today). Wes |

I love the body...hate the "frame"
I would consider buying a 550 tube frame from Beck...or several Beck distributors and bolt the body onto that with the right suspension setup. Then you got something. For all that work I would subtract a fair bit from his asking price. And loose the green...damn everything he is selling is the same color of green...musta got a deal on 10 gallons of paint. |

I would never take this one out in its current form.
Look at the rear shock/spring on a cantelevered piece of tubing with no real support... The front is just as funky with the angle iron. Rich Attached image(s) ![]() |
