They let me run at last POC Willow, but my Stand 21 belts are past their expiration date. What's the hot (inexpensive) 5 point setup. Can I just buy new belts and keep all the hardware?

If you are happy with your current belts, just get 'em re-webbed.
Cost about half as much as an entire new set.
