Last fall, I think someone was asking about how rabbit flares looked. I think that is what is on this
ebay car. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

doesn't look to bad.

one thing i just don't get, why go through all the hassle (and money) to put flares on your car and then you don't get the wheels/tires to fill 'em out????? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

yes, those look like rabbit flares,

I'm pretty sure that rabbit flares are radiused (I.e. circular) and these aren't, plus the ad says they are not rabbit flares. So no. seven out - line away. No dice.

I almost bought a set on ebay a few months ago for like $15 - I wish I had now - I haven't seen any since. Anyways - I have a set of fibreglass GT flares for my car, so that's probably what I'll run.

Okay, this will be my first attempt to post a pic on this site, if all goes as planned you should be seeing a side view of my dirty-ass (not it's fault, no front suspension installed to roll it out for a bath) '73 with SC flares. If not, then I'm just going to bed, screw it! :finger2: .....too many of these (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif)

They're welded-on metal flares. I've got some photographs that the PO gave me showing the car stripped down to bare metal (including the flares), I just need to get my scanner working properly. The only other pic I have at the moment is this one:

Scott Schroeder my remember the rims (they were his).
