They say made in Japan SW. What are they and where can I find a rim half to fix the one bad wheel up?

Looks like they are Epsilon Southern Ways wheels per the following thread:

What's wrong with the "bad" rim? Broken or just bent? There are many places that can true up the wheel if it is just bent.

I called Kodiak Motorsports Inc (877-856-7311) a while back and
was told they could make anything. Canadian outfit.

There are other places to check like Lindsey Racing, Mirage International,
Stratton Motorsport, and True Design Wheels.

Who ever makes them will need accurate measurements.

No, it is not broken and it had been sent out for repair at one point by the previous owner. The repair was deemed "usable", but it sure is not confidence inspiring. It holds air, but you could get dizzy looking at while it spun. Sorry, I don't have a pic of the bent wheel handy.
