I came across this ad for an Audi with Fuchs. Were these factory installed wheels
or were they added later?

What other cars came originally with Fuchs???

These are not Fuchs for Porsche AFAIK.
Fuchs is a metal working manufacturer that makes parts for many manufacturers. The popular "S"alloy calipers for the 911 that were supplied by ATE were in fact made from castings/forgings produced by Fuchs; you can clearly see the Fuchs fox logo on the calipers.

Those are indeed Fuchs wheels. There were a few different Audi's that came from the Factory with forged wheels from Fuchs. I believe there were a couple different styles and sizes that Audi used. None of them have the same bolt pattern as the Porsche wheels. They are popular because they are forged and stronger than the cast wheels available. I think maybe the original wheels for my S4 are Fuchs but I would have to look and see if I can find the markings.

I believe the Mercedes CLK 16" forged wheels are by Fuchs too (I have a set)...they make a lot of wheels for different companies.

Audi & Porsche teamed up to deliver the RS2. A 80 chassis Avant (wagon) with a I5 20v Turbo that was tuned by Porsche. This car was OE equipped with Porsche Cup wheels (which I think were also produced by Fuchs) as well as a sprinkling of other Porsche parts bin hardware.

Nice sleeper. What maybe 200hp? Probably a lot of fun in 95. Course it also probably cost what a corvette in 95 cost but maybe got better mileage and would haul the dogs around.

Not from the factory, unless shared with Porsche.. Back in the 80s when mini trucks where all the rage, there where a lot on mini trucks running around with Fuchs...

I'm pretty sure the w114 and w123 Mercedes alloy wheels were Fuchs also.. I have a w114 Coupe as my daily driver, but have steel wheels, so can't check.
