No AC no radio Reduced fuel tank by 2.5 gallons...24-25 mpg ten more ponys then the Boxster S o-60 in 5.1 seconds with the six speed Below 5.0 with the ZF produced by PDK And bettering 4.8 with the PDK sport Chrono 2800 lbs 235/35-19 8.5`s up front and 265/35-19 10`s out back and the first production Porsche to have the new Lithium battery Cant wait to see one in Guards Red (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drooley.gif) ....I too like the retro strips |

I like it but my Boxster Spyder project seems closer to historical Spyder as concieved by Porsche - who needs a stinking full sized windshield on a true Porsche Spyder? ...my Boxster Spyder project may even use a 914 Ginther screen. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)

I guess I'm the only one who hates the stripe!
You can have the A/C and radio at no cost IIRC. Also, I was glad to read that there is an optional piece that fits in the gap behind the side windows when the top is up. It needs a lightweight hardtop someday. Is this a sign that maybe 911s might not always have the top performance spot, or is there another 911 Speedster in the works? |
