Does anyone know what the bolt size is for the bolt that holds the steering rack to the support bar? also, what is the size of the nut that goes on the sway bar mount that mounts on the sway bar?

Thanks everyone

Google: "Porsche Parts PDF"

This will be an invaluable tool for all your 914 monkey-wrench'n.

Find the front axle section. Look at the pictures. Cross reference the numbers and right there will be the fastener info. M10 stuff for the steering rack (I believe) and M8 stuff for the sway-bar. Parts PDF will give you actual lengths.

Combine that with a PDF of the factory manual and you'll get bolt grades as well.

Combine all that with www.mcmaster.com and, you'll be in fastener heaven in 4-5 days.
