Want to see if someone has some good detailed pics of the heat exchangers, and all the tubes/hoses for the heat installed and connected to the fan housing and heater tubes in the longs....this would be for a '73-'74 setup...

thanks

Sorry I don't have the pics you need, but I too could sure use them.

The exhaust / heaters are next on my list of things to get after on my car.

Regards,
Tom

IIRC - they will vary a bit by MY 2L, since the 73-74 exhaust system is different than the 75-76 HEs, Crap-a-lytic Corn-verter, etc.

So you'll need to specify which year you need.

I've seen a few good shots on the world of them both in & out of 914's, but not some of the tight stuff up at the J-tubes, branch-tubes, hoses & stuff.

Seems like a good topic for a nailed thread here or at O&H for pix of each engine & by any MY variances. There are some good shots of Steve G's 73 2L Sahara Beige - the engine bay underside pix start around pg 3-7 or so, of the O&H nailed thread: "The few, the rare..." which might help if you're doing a 73-74 or backdating a 75-76 to that set-up.

Good Luck! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
