Got tired of my coffee spilling on the console when flying around the corners and so I decided to make a holder for it.

I just cut the over sized hole for the cup in question with a hole saw and formed it up and drilled out the pop rivets and riveted it in place and put a piece of tubing around the inside to cover any sharp edges.

Maybe you should be concentrating on "flying around corners" instead of drinking coffee. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/av-943.gif)

Since I quit smoking 21 years ago, maybe I can fabricate one out of the ash tray.

There was a place that made the part that slides in and in place of the ash tray they had where you could place a couple cans and a cell phone for about $50.00
I just piggy backed off of that idear.

Why in the hell would you fabricate a nice cupholder out of steel plate and then lay your bottled water on the floor? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif)

It's aluminum and fiberglass tubes (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif) Not sure why the bottle is on the floor??? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

I made a cup holder from two PVC plubling parts. Sits on the flow within easy reach and the weight of the PVC prevents tipping...

I like the holder above where it attaches to the ash tray base better ! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
