I know many of us are rushing to get projects completed that may have been off the road for months or even years. So, if you have a 914 that will have little or no road time before driving to the event what type of spares will you pack?

I'll start off the list with

Clutch Cable
Throttle Cable
Points & Condenser

Tag, you're it.

rarely more than once per trip, unless it's cold, dark, raining, and/or in a bad neighborhood, in which case, all bets are off ...

I usually carry a Tyvex suit to wear if I have to crawl under the car. Shop rags, paper towel and hand cleaner. All takes up so little space, and makes keeping clean, and getting clean so much easier.

FRS Radios (Family walkie talkies) I know a lot of guys always carry these on long travels, but even those from the area should bring them. You can pick up a pair from Radio Shack, Best Buy, Target, K-Mart, Wal-Mart...prices start at $29

Bring a pair and you'll be happy you did! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
