Just got my FI 2.0 fired up after some some work done to it, the car runs fine for maybe a couple of hours, then when under load the relay blows for the main power, I cleaned up the board and resoldered it replaced the relays with some spares and it did it again. the wire going from the starter to the relay plate were starting to get hot. WTF did I mess up on?

Travis, did you have the pin connectors on the relay board unplugged? If so, they are very easy to get one pin off. The car will still run even if the 14 pin connector is plugged in backwards.Don't ask how I know (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I'm chasing my own short right now, so good luck.
